I am excited to announce that I will be speaking at the American Immigration Lawyers Association (AILA) 2021 Annual Virtual Conference. I will be presenting at the panel titled Non-Immigrant Visas and will focus on E-1 and E-2: Treaty Traders and Investors and I Visa – Foreign Media.
I will also be speaking at the 2021 T Visa Conference by AILA Carolinas Chapter on May 14th, 2021 about Reporting to Law Enforcement for T visas.
Founded in 1946, the American Immigration Lawyers Association (AILA), is the national and the largest immigration law association with thousands of attorneys and law professors members who practice and teach immigration law. Attorney members represent U.S. families seeking permanent residence for close family members, as well as U.S. businesses seeking talent from the global marketplace. AILA members also represent foreign students, entertainers, athletes, and asylum seekers, often on a pro bono basis. AILA provides continuing legal education, information, professional services, and expertise through its 39 chapters and over 50 national committees.
