Silvina Tondini brings over 20 years of expertise in International Business and Immigration Law. She has managed complex immigration matters for both large multinational and mid-sized companies expanding overseas. As a leader in cross-border business regulation, Tondini supports clients globally in achieving their business goals. An Argentina native, she holds law degrees from the Universidad de Mendoza and North Carolina Central University. Before founding Tondini Law in 2014, she practiced corporate law in Argentina and is fluent in English, Spanish, and Italian. She lectures internationally on immigration law and actively volunteers with organizations like the North County Immigration Task Force and Alliance San Diego.

Rory Rivas is a first-generation immigrant with over 20 years of experience in U.S. immigration law, working extensively on both family-based and employment-based matters. Rory holds a Paralegal Certificate and is currently pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Economics, further strengthening her academic and professional foundation. Throughout her career, Rory has collaborated closely with attorneys, organizations, and clients to address complex immigration issues with precision and care. Rory’s professional journey has been defined by a commitment to excellence, a strong work ethic, and a deep understanding of the challenges immigrants face.

Andrea is a legal assistant at Tondini Law, specializing in humanitarian and family-based immigration cases. Originally from Barranquilla, Colombia, she holds a law degree from Universidad del Norte and brings valuable experience from her previous work in the public sector, including roles at the Colombian Ministry of Education and the Superintendence of Surveillance and Private Security. Over the past two years, Andrea has dedicated herself to immigration law, offering compassionate, thorough support to help clients navigate the complexities of the immigration process and achieve their goals.

Cecilia is a dedicated Legal Assistant at Tondini Law, specializing in providing valuable support to attorneys, paralegals, and corporate clients throughout the visa application process. She collaborates closely with USCIS and foreign consulates to ensure efficient and smooth visa processing. In addition to her work on business visa applications, Cecilia assists with family-based and naturalization applications, as well as humanitarian parole cases, offering comprehensive legal support at every stage of the process.

Ellie is the newest addition to Tondini Law, bringing a wealth of experience in administration and accounting, with a strong focus on customer service as her top priority. She has served the California real estate industry for over 23 years and is well versed in real estate contracts and disclosures. Ellie is also a commissioned Notary Public, adding further value to our transactional work. Originally from Lima, Perú, she worked as a Project Manager for the Inter-American Institute for Cooperation on Agriculture (IICA), a specialized agency of the Organization of American States (OAS).

Luis Ramirez is the Intake Coordinator at Tondini Law, specializing in legal services and client relations. He ensures that every new client receives professional service from their initial inquiry through the beginning of legal representation. Luis manages the intake process, gathers case details and coordinates consultations with attorneys. As the first point of contact for potential clients, he ensures a smooth, positive experience while maintaining efficiency. His blend of technical skills, emotional intelligence, and commitment to client service plays a crucial role in the firm’s success and client satisfaction.

Lucca Deocariza serves as the Business and Technology Integration Manager at Tondini Law APC, where he oversees the firm’s investment portfolio and drives strategic alignment between business operations and technological advancements. As a student-athlete at the University of San Diego, majoring in finance and real estate, Lucca brings a strong foundation in financial analysis and investment management to his role. He leverages his expertise to implement innovative solutions that enhance operational efficiency and support the firm’s long-term growth objectives.

Diana is the Billing Specialist at Tondini Law, bringing a strong foundation in finance and hands-on experience in accounts payable to support the firm’s financial operations. She holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with a concentration in Finance from Long Beach, California. Diana is dedicated to the accurate processing and allocation of vendor invoices, and to maintaining organized, timely billing practices. She is eager to deepen her knowledge of legal billing systems while contributing to the firm’s efficiency and client service. Outside of work, Diana enjoys reading, listening to audiobooks, and exploring new recipes in the kitchen.

Allen Garcia is the Webmaster & Marketing Operations Manager at Tondini Law, helping the firm connect with clients in need of immigration law services. With over 11 years of experience in sales, customer service, social media strategy, PPC, and branding, Allen develops creative marketing strategies that enhance Tondini Law’s online presence. His focus is on improving the firm’s sales funnel and crafting actionable plans to drive organic growth, blending creative strategy with data-driven analysis to ensure the firm’s success in reaching clients effectively.

John is the IT Support Specialist at Tondini Law Firm. He ensures the smooth operation of the firm’s technology infrastructure by managing hardware, software, and network systems, troubleshooting issues, and maintaining data security. He provides technical support to staff, oversee system updates, ensure compliance with security standards, and assist with legal technology tools to enhance efficiency and protect sensitive client information.
