Attitude of Gratitude: I Celebrate You

by | May 15, 2020

On our birthday, we are showered with gifts and wishes from family, friends, colleagues, co-workers, acquaintances. After all, it is a special day to celebrate and it has a special place in our hearts.   Love and affection are the forces that bring us together on our birthday day.  Giving gratitude for the love and affection received is a powerful way to recognize the people who celebrate with us.

This month is my birthday and I want to celebrate YOU! I am grateful for YOU to coming into my life, because YOU are the reason why I am one year “younger.” Because YOU are special and unique to me and made an impact in my life.  YOU are the reason of my accomplishments, the reason of the laughs that made me happy and the tears that made me learn and move forward.  YOU are the reason of the medals I won that made me proud, the awards I received that made me honored, the mistakes I made that helped me grow. Because YOU taught me to approach the world differently.

I am grateful to YOU, the people who impacted my life this past year for helping me to get here. To my family for their unconditional love and support. To my friends because I could not imagine how different my life would be without YOU. To my fitness and running coach and my business coaches because YOU helped me enhance my skills and find balance. To my colleagues for their support and camaraderie. To my clients for their continued trust and the opportunity to serve YOU.   To those who checked on me during COVID 19. To those who came to my life for a short time and for a specific reason because I learned a lesson from each of YOU. To all the people who provide me with personal and professional services and support because YOU are by my side.

Life is sweetest when there’s someone to cheer you on and to share it with.

With gratitude,

Silvina
