La trayectoria de mi vida ha sido un testimonio del poder de la resistencia, la determinaci\u00f3n y la superaci\u00f3n de los l\u00edmites. Este a\u00f1o celebro hitos importantes en mi carrera y en mi vida personal, destacando los notables logros que he alcanzado gracias al trabajo duro y a una dedicaci\u00f3n inquebrantable.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Mientras celebro 27 a\u00f1os como abogada, 21 a\u00f1os como inmigrante, 19 a\u00f1os como propietaria de mi primera vivienda en EE.UU., 14 a\u00f1os como orgullosa ciudadana estadounidense, 11 a\u00f1os como exitosa propietaria de mi bufete de abogados -ahora sin papeles y con mi bufete automatizado-, y 5 a\u00f1os como entusiasta corredora, mi viaje contin\u00faa con infinitas posibilidades de hitos futuros.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Me gradu\u00e9 en la Facultad de Derecho de Argentina en diciembre de 1996, lo que marc\u00f3 el comienzo de mi carrera jur\u00eddica, que se extiende a lo largo de 27 a\u00f1os. A lo largo de mi trayectoria, he mantenido mi compromiso con la justicia y la defensa, defendiendo firmemente estos principios en mi pr\u00e1ctica.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

En mayo de 2002, tom\u00e9 la audaz decisi\u00f3n de trasladarme a Estados Unidos, afrontando de frente el reto de adaptarme a un nuevo pa\u00eds y a un nuevo sistema jur\u00eddico, y tres a\u00f1os m\u00e1s tarde compr\u00e9 mi primera vivienda. En junio de 2009, me convert\u00ed orgullosamente en ciudadana estadounidense, solidificando mi dedicaci\u00f3n a mi hogar adoptivo.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

En agosto de 2009 me embarqu\u00e9 en un nuevo proyecto acad\u00e9mico: estudiar Derecho en Estados Unidos. Mi dedicaci\u00f3n y mi duro trabajo dieron sus frutos, ya que obtuve un segundo t\u00edtulo de Juris Doctor y me gradu\u00e9 magna cum laude en diciembre de 2011, un logro notable que valid\u00f3 mi determinaci\u00f3n.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Aprobar el examen del colegio de abogados de California en febrero de 2012, y jurar como abogado tanto en California como en el Distrito de Columbia m\u00e1s tarde ese mismo a\u00f1o, subray\u00f3 mi inquebrantable dedicaci\u00f3n a mi profesi\u00f3n. Junto con mi experiencia como orador nacional sobre la ley de inmigraci\u00f3n y mis prol\u00edficas contribuciones escritas, tambi\u00e9n he surgido como un innovador en \u00e1reas de vanguardia como cryptocurrency y la integraci\u00f3n de AI en mi negocio. Este enfoque con visi\u00f3n de futuro me ha permitido tener un impacto duradero en mis clientes y en la comunidad legal en general, mostrando mi perspicacia legal y adaptabilidad en un paisaje en constante evoluci\u00f3n.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

M\u00e1s all\u00e1 de mi carrera legal, descubr\u00ed una pasi\u00f3n por correr en 2018. Empujando mis l\u00edmites f\u00edsicos y mentales, complet\u00e9 mi primera media marat\u00f3n en enero de 2019, simbolizando mi determinaci\u00f3n de alcanzar hitos personales m\u00e1s all\u00e1 de las expectativas.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Mi viaje contin\u00faa con infinitas posibilidades de hitos futuros. Con un esp\u00edritu inquebrantable, resistencia y dedicaci\u00f3n, estoy segura de que seguir\u00e9 alcanzando nuevas cotas y dejando una huella duradera en quienes me rodean.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Estoy eternamente agradecida a mis padres, que me han dejado un profundo legado. Me inculcaron el valor del respeto, la confianza, el honor, la determinaci\u00f3n, la \u00e9tica del trabajo, la confianza y la libertad de perseguir mis propios sue\u00f1os. Su influencia guiar\u00e1 para siempre mi camino hacia el \u00e9xito en esta vida.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Al celebrar mis logros, reconozco y agradezco el apoyo de mi familia, mi \"tribu\", mentores, colegas y clientes: compa\u00f1eros inmigrantes que contribuyen a este pa\u00eds superando obst\u00e1culos y enriqueciendo sus comunidades. My life's journey has been a testament to the power of resilience, determination, and pushing boundaries. As I celebrate 27 years as an attorney, 21 years as an immigrant, 19 years as first time US homeowner, 14 years as a proud U.S. citizen, 11 years as a successful business owner of my law firm- now paperless and automated law practice-, and 5 years as an enthusiastic runner, my journey continues with endless possibilities for future milestones.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Graduating from law school in Argentina in December 1996 marked the beginning of my legal career, which spans an impressive 27 years. Throughout my journey, I have remained committed to justice and advocacy, steadfastly upholding these principles in my practice.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

In May 2002, I made the bold decision to move to the United States, facing the challenge of adapting to a new country and legal system head-on and three years later I bought my first home. In June 2009, I proudly became a U.S. citizen, solidifying my dedication to my adopted home.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

In August 2009, I embarked on a new academic pursuit, attending law school in the United States. My dedication and hard work paid off as earned a second Juris Doctor degree and I graduated magna cum laude in December 2011, a remarkable achievement that validated my determination.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Passing the California bar exam in February 2012, and being sworn in as an attorney in both California and the District of Columbia later that year, underscored my unwavering dedication to my profession. Alongside my expertise as a national speaker on immigration law and my prolific written contributions, I have also emerged as an innovator in cutting-edge areas such as cryptocurrency and the integration of AI into my business. This forward-thinking approach has allowed me to make a lasting impact on my clients and the broader legal community, showcasing my legal acumen and adaptability in an ever-evolving landscape.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Beyond my legal career, I discovered a passion for running in 2018. Pushing my physical and mental boundaries, I completed my first half marathon in January 2019, symbolizing my determination to achieve personal milestones beyond expectations.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
