Este visado tambi\u00e9n permite traer a Estados Unidos a determinados empleados del inversor o de una organizaci\u00f3n que re\u00fana los requisitos para ello. <a href=\"https:\/\/www.uscis.gov\/working-in-the-united-states\/temporary-workers\/e-2-treaty-investors\">clasificaci\u00f3n de visados<\/a>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>\u00bfCu\u00e1nto tarda la solicitud del visado E2?<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>El tiempo que tarda un visado E-2 desde su preparaci\u00f3n hasta su aprobaci\u00f3n var\u00eda en funci\u00f3n de varios factores.  El primer paso es tener una idea clara de la inversi\u00f3n empresarial y ejecutar el plan. Durante este tiempo es muy importante trabajar con un <a href=\"https:\/\/tondinilaw.com\/meet-silvina-tondini\/\">abogado de inmigraci\u00f3n<\/a> que le guiar\u00e1 a lo largo del proceso y <a href=\"https:\/\/tondinilaw.com\/e-2-visa-renewal-understanding-the-process-and-planning-for-success\/\">determinar su admisibilidad<\/a>.  Un plan de negocio es un componente cr\u00edtico del visado E-2. En \u00e9l se explicar\u00e1 c\u00f3mo la inversi\u00f3n se traduce en una empresa rentable que ayuda a generar empleo, se presentar\u00e1n proyecciones financieras y se explicar\u00e1 c\u00f3mo la empresa lograr\u00e1 rentabilidad y... <a href=\"https:\/\/www.uscis.gov\/working-in-the-united-states\/temporary-workers\/e-2-treaty-investors\">otros requisitos<\/a>. Tambi\u00e9n proporcionar\u00e1 las credenciales del solicitante para demostrar que est\u00e1 cualificado para establecer la empresa y gestionarla.  Una vez que el empresario ha completado este proceso, el siguiente paso es la preparaci\u00f3n y presentaci\u00f3n del visado, seguido de una entrevista consular.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Proceso de solicitud del visado E-2.<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>El empresario extranjero puede tener dos opciones para solicitar el visado E-2. La solicitud est\u00e1ndar de visado E-2 suele tramitarse en el consulado estadounidense del pa\u00eds de residencia del solicitante del visado. Una vez que la solicitud est\u00e1 completa, se env\u00eda electr\u00f3nicamente al consulado de EE.UU. y, una vez que han completado la revisi\u00f3n interna, programan una entrevista con el inversor\/solicitante.  Si se aprueba el visado E-2, el consulado sellar\u00e1 el pasaporte del solicitante (y los pasaportes de los familiares acompa\u00f1antes). Este <a href=\"https:\/\/travel.state.gov\/content\/travel\/en\/us-visas\/visa-information-resources\/frequently-asked-questions\/what-is-us-visa.html\">sello de visado<\/a> permite al solicitante entrar y salir de Estados Unidos mientras el visado sea v\u00e1lido.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Otra opci\u00f3n de solicitud es cambiar el estatus en Estados Unidos a visado E-2. Esta opci\u00f3n solo est\u00e1 disponible si el solicitante ya se encuentra en Estados Unidos con otro estatus de no inmigrante.&nbsp;&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>\u00bfCu\u00e1nto tarda la solicitud consular del visado E2?<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Antes de COVID-19, los Consulados de EE.UU. de todo el mundo tramitaban las solicitudes en un plazo de 4-8 semanas. COVID-19 ha afectado sustancialmente los tiempos de procesamiento de la visa E-2 en la mayor\u00eda de los Consulados de EE.UU.. Se recomienda consultar con su abogado de inmigraci\u00f3n acerca de los tiempos de procesamiento antes de iniciar el proceso y explorar todas sus alternativas.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>La disponibilidad de citas para el visado puede variar en funci\u00f3n del consulado de su pa\u00eds. Cabe esperar retrasos adicionales debido a pandemias y cat\u00e1strofes naturales.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>En general,<strong>&nbsp;<\/strong>los solicitantes de entre 14 y 79 a\u00f1os deben acudir a una entrevista personal para obtener el visado<strong>.<\/strong> Tras una entrevista satisfactoria, el solicitante puede recibir el visado en aproximadamente una semana.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>\u00bfCu\u00e1nto tarda la solicitud de cambio de estatus del visado E-2? Opci\u00f3n para agilizar la tramitaci\u00f3n del visado E-2.<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Si solicita un cambio de estatus dentro de EE.UU., el plazo normal de tramitaci\u00f3n puede ser de 4 a 6 meses.  Sin embargo, el <a href=\"https:\/\/www.uscis.gov\/forms\/all-forms\/how-do-i-request-premium-processing\">Tramitaci\u00f3n de la prima E-2&nbsp;<\/a>es una opci\u00f3n que puede ahorrar tiempo. El estatuto E-2 tiene una validez de dos a\u00f1os. Despu\u00e9s de dos a\u00f1os, el estatus E-2 puede renovarse si se sigue cumpliendo los requisitos.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Del visado E-2 a la tarjeta verde.<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>El visado E-2 es un <a href=\"https:\/\/travel.state.gov\/content\/travel\/en\/us-visas\/visa-information-resources\/all-visa-categories.html\">visado de no inmigrante<\/a> que proh\u00edbe al titular del visado tener intenci\u00f3n de inmigrar a Estados Unidos en el momento de la expedici\u00f3n o utilizaci\u00f3n del visado para entrar en el pa\u00eds. Por consiguiente, el visado E2 no proporciona a una persona una v\u00eda directa hacia la residencia permanente (una tarjeta verde).
